"Worse customer service ever. Never followed up on roof satisfaction, problems, concerns. Been 6 weeks and still waiting for that call back. Takes your money and that's it. Roofers were efficient and roof looks nice which is why they got 2 stars. But that's all I can give them."

"POORLY RUN OPERATION. The workmanship on my father’s home was shockingly poor. He tried to have them finish the project but they refused to complete until they were paid over the agreed deposit. They never filed a lien and when we attempted to sell the house they would not return calls or emails so that we could make them whole. Suddenly on the day of the closing they produced an invoice over the balance nearly costing us the sale. Absolutely awful in all respects, and extremely unprofessional."

"The workers of this business are hard to communicate with, but even though they don't speak english they're happy to treat any woman like a peice of meat. Seriously the cat calling is so mature. Nice touch. Edited to clarify that this happened while they were working on a neighbor's roof today. This prompted my review, because they knew who I was and knew they replaced our roof in September. I was with my dog who is unmistakable, even if they didn't remember me. I also loved that they rearranged my porch to eat lunch and didn't put everything back together. That was nice. Though probably not quite as messy as leaving for the day and leaving their cooler on our porch, and the ladder up against the house like a toddler doesn't live here (they seen him leaving the house so they knew). Papers and trash all over the place, I shouldn't have to clean up after a workcrew hired to replace our roof. Do better."

"They did a superb job on my roof. The process was seamless. The crew they had on my house were awesome! Very hard workers, and very polite and professional. They took off my old shingles, put on the new roof in and out in two days. They did a great job With the roof and clean up Highly recommend!"

"Our home needed a new roof. We were moving out of state and in order to sell we had to put the roof on. We went with AAA. Huge mistake. Huge! We paid $13,000 for a roof that is leaking. The roof was put on May 24th 2021. We sold the home July 7th 2021. We had already moved when roof was started. This company is awful! The new owners are contacting me about the roof and there isn’t anything I can do. I’ve called AAA and they said they put the warranty already into the new owners names. They will deal with them. However, they refuse to go tarp the roof until they can fix it without charging new owners! That’s crazy! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone ever! All photos uploaded are taken AFTER the NEW roof was installed that we paid $13,000 for! Horrible horrible service and work!"
