"I had a leak in my bathroom under the sink and mold everywhere. I contacted my homeowners insurance and Service Masters came out to my home. James, Dustin, and Zach were great!! They were very professional and answered all of my questions. The guys truly knew what they were doing. "I am currently dealing with a busted pipe that was under my house that caused water damage to some parts of my house. As soon as I called service master, Zach and his team came out immediately and put in fans and de humidifiers in my house. The damaged floors were pulled up right away. They have been wonderful, kind and courteous. My mother and I have reached out to Logan after hrs and he was great and so helpful. I also have had to call Zach a few times and he's always answered his phone and has been very patient with me. I would like to say a special thank you to Zach and his team for making sure my cats were safe and didn't get out of the house. I still have a long way to go for drying, repairs and floor replacing but I know as it continues my floors will look wonderful after and my cats will be kept safe. I highly recommend Service Master."
"I would like to preface this review with the fact that I have never posted a negative Google review, but I feel that Service Master has left me no choice due to their lack of response to our concerns. This review is to prevent another customer from the poor experience that we had, especially if you’re paying out of pocket and not through an insurance claim. Overall, Service Master provided poor communication, a poor quality of work, and poor customer service. We hired them for mold remediation and restoration and unfortunately had some concerns that we wanted addressed. We reached out to management and were directed to Molly, who said that she would address the issues. She told us to text her photos and receipts for repairs from damages that Service Master caused during the restoration process. She never replied. We called and asked to speak to her on at least 3 more occasions and were told she wasn’t in the office, but would return our call. She never returned our calls. I’ve attached below a snippet of our text to Molly in October 2022 as it encompasses our complaints about the project. “On multiple instances the communication we had with John felt as though our concerns were not respected and addressed. The timeline for completion kept getting extended without communication from John. We were told originally when we first hired ServiceMaster that the estimated completion would be around April. On June 14th, we were told the house would be done by the end of the week. We are now in September with concerns that still have not been fully addressed. The lack of communication in those months upset us. We were never willingly given an update and we had to pursue the communication every time. Once the house was completed, trash and moldy furniture were left at our property. We had asked multiple times for the couches and vanity to be removed and promised it would be ASAP. After about 3 weeks after payment, we had to continuously ask for the furniture to be removed. During the walkthrough when payment was given, we noted a few things that we would have liked repaired. The ceiling had multiple spots where the popcorn texture was crumbling off, missing, or cracked. We were told the following week it would be repaired. When I asked if the ceiling was repaired the following week, the answer was no, but maybe the week after. We also noted that the house was not cooling off and the AC was running continuously. We were told it would be looked at. At this point, the closet with the HVAC did not have any flooring in it other than plywood with holes to the open air underneath. On August 25th we were told he was fixing it that day, and there was no way to put flooring down. September 8th, our concerns were still not addressed. We had asked John again to fix the holes in the closet on the 8th and we’re told no later than end of day on the 9th. On September 13th we had to make another complaint that the floor was still not fixed. We also noted that the hose bib in the front of the house has no water connection to it, and the ice maker in the freezer was not working. Our repair man stated it was because the water heater was not hooked up correctly, and pipes were cut and not reattached. When asking about this, we were told it was an existing pipe that was terminated. We did not buy this house without water to the front hose bib or ice maker. Recently, we are finally to the point where we are able to decorate the house. We removed a TV from its originally packaging and noted it was cracked from one side to the other. This TV was stored in the garage that was a wreck during the repair from the workers.” Now, the issues with the cracked ceiling have worsened and we will need to hire another company to address the damages caused by Service Master. I would recommend finding another company if you’re searching for restoration, namely sub-flooring and flooring."
"Chad at ServiceMaster is always my go-to request when we need one of our inventory homes deep cleaned and ready for new resident's move-in. Chad is also excellent when it comes to commercial office cleaning as he serviced us on 12/13/22. Chad is thorough and takes a good amount of time to ensure every inch of living space is free of dust, dirt, grime, etc. We will continue to use ServiceMaster for our commercial in-office cleaning needs and hope that Chad is available for our future inventory home deep cleaning jobs."
