"The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is their prices are too high. Their store is filled with great stuff, but they're asking for more money on some items that can be bought else where brand new for less. Yes, this is for a good cause, BUT they'd make more sales if their prices were like they used to be..... more in line with thrift store ranges, 2nd hand goods should not command top dollar. I saw a great pair of used Cabela camo boots, but they were marked at $75! That's crazy! A used backpack for $25.... There was a cute little desk out front marked at $75, similar to one I bought my son from Nextdoor for only $25, just a few years ago & his is much nicer. I know prices have gone up since covid, but come on. The prices should be reasonable, but sadly, they're not."
"I am so disappointed in the store. Just 9 months ago it was a fantastic store to shop at, now everything at this store completely overpriced for used and DONATED items. This is no just my opinion I’ve been in twice since the price jump and I have over heard other costumers saying the same. I even hear a lady getting chewed out by an employee for asking for a discount on furniture. They are now pricing things at retail/ market value and I would rather just look up the exact item I want online and get it shipped to my door. They have periodic discounts on departments but all that does is bring the price to a normal amount still not a deal! I will no longer be shopping there. Especially where there are so many other TRUE thrift stores in the area with great pricing."
"Oh my goodness!!! Someone needs to take a class in business and learn how to price items at thrift stores. $675 for a vintage milk glass lamp that sells for $60 on eBay. They have the same cuisinart ice cream makers that are stained yellow from use and they have been there for over a year because they want $30 each. They sell brand new on Amazon for $40!! Every other thrift store sells them for $5-$10. I could go on and on. I should’ve taken pictures but I was so shocked I just wanted to get out. I will never step a foot in there again, they charge full price for used goods that they pay $0 for. I love thrifting and I genuinely want to support these charitable causes but I also want to get a good deal. I almost always find at least a few things for a good price when I go into a thrift store but EVERYTHING was four times as much as all other thrift stores in the area. It’s a shame! You don’t make more money for your cause by charging those outrageous prices, you simply lose sales and customers because NO ONE is willing to pay that much for PRE-OWNED things from a thrift store."
"Shocked and appalled at the pricing. You can quite literally get new items cheaper than the used/ donated stuff at this “thrift” store. I’m happy to see all of the negative reviews because you all need a reality check. I reverse image searched a $30 vase I saw today and it was available on Amazon for $12!!! You all should be ashamed but apparently you’re not because you’ve done nothing to change the pricing."
"I have been coming to your store for. 4 years and I must say, once upon a time. You were a nice store and reasonably Priced items. I can't believe how much you have jacked up the prices on things that are free to you. your 20% off of your jacked up price is not a value. I can go to a furniture store and buy brand new for pretty close to less. Habitat for Humanity is to help people in need of things at reasonably priced. I feel you're taking advantage of this."
