"My overall experience with BOC was an excellent one. We had a fire and extensive damage to our Florida room caused by a defective generator. Even though based in Tampa, Mr. Giglio responded promptly and travelled to Orlando to present me with an excellent bid for the work required to replace our temperature inefficient, leaky old structure with a new one with modern panels and construction. The bid had to be expanded to include replacement of the concrete pad as the old one was not up to code and the company would, to their credit, only construct according to code. The process of me wrangling with my insurance company and then the permit process with Orange County was a bit arduous but BOC persevered and the project was completed in a timely manner and excellent finish by a polite, friendly and competent crew. I am totally satisfied with the finished building addition and would recommend BOC to anyone who needs a job well done. In fact, I am giving BOC's number to my son who wishes to enclose his screened in porch."
