"I placed an order because I could not find offset header panel in the stores. Website says anything over 8ft will need to be cut down. If you try and order two 5 footers of same track it adds them together and sells you one 10 footer. I placed my order and figured I would call on a working day to get that sorted out. I also wanted to pick up my order since I live about an hour away. After placing my order I quickly got an email from the company with a sales rep that was in charge of my order. I called her the next day and left a message. Didn't hear anything back. After a couple days I emailed. Still nothing. Over 2 weeks I called a total of 5 times and 3 emails and couldn't get anyone. I was about to call my credit card company to stop the charges because I thought I got scammed and I got a phone call from my rep that she would get working on my order and had been out sick! So this company has no plan in place if this happens i guess? Why would orders be routed to her if she was out sick? Anyway after another week I got my tracks but the $30 worth of hardware not in the box. Made a call and they did send it but Geezer! What a PITA."
