"Walked in the door, greeter asked if he could help, did not know answer, asked manager, said I needed a cart, told greeter to get one from parking lot for me. Still couldn't find needed item, another employee asked to help and took me to my item, same service for decades. Surprisingly as this was during hurricane rush. Fully stocked hardware store with superb service. Try them, you'll like them."
