"If you’re trying to buy the matching paint color from your builder go elsewhere. They were able to look up my address in the system, I had the name of the paint color I needed but they still couldn’t match it. They told me to come back TWICE with a dry wall sample because my first sample was too small…. What is the point in having all this data when I had to chip off dry wall anyway? They were not empathetic of my time and not helpful."
"I needed help with matching colors/ appliances/ floors in a kitchen rehab job. To say I know very little on these matters is an understatement, as I would decorate a mix of mardi gras meets bodega storeroom with milk crates, banana boxes, and cases of Heineken! Anyway, JODY at S/W looked at my photos of floors, appliances, etc and gave me choices to test. More so, she politely guided into what doesn't work and the whys...Now I use terms like tones and undertones! If you aren't sure on what you're doing go see Jody!"
"My daughter went to the Sherwin Williams in New Port Richey and the the attendant was rude and unhelpful. We went into the Odessa store and right away she was super helpful. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Skip the New Port Richey one and come to the Odessa one."
