Came twice to check on equipment and her and Nick were very friendly and answered whatever questions I had as best they could."

"I had a house fire on Halloween. I signed the contract to start fixing my home on 11/2/23. Jaime kept me in the loop and helped me with the insurance process. Joe was amazing keeping me informed of every step and he even had us back in my house before Christmas which was awesome. The communication was excellent. "Erin and the team at Paul Davis I can't say enough about them. Let me first say looking at other reviews on this page I can't help to notice the extremes in the reviews which leads me to believe something can't be all bad and all good with nothing in-between. That said, my experience with them has been fantastic. My situation is we had a water supply line come undone in my mom's house. She is 88 and my wife and I live next door and are her primary caregivers. When I was going over to start her day I could see water running down the driveway upon opening the garage door water was everywhere. Opening the door to the house was a shocker The water poured for about 5 hours or more and covered the entire floor of her home, 1498 sq ft. It was a bit of a fire drill at 8:00am. I called my insurance agent and within 2 hours Paul Davis was at my door and ready to get things handled. They showed up on time with a heads-up call to let us know of the ETA. Professional and courteous. Explained the procedures and the plan for execution. They delivered that A+ The process is moving along at a great pace and the lines of communications could not be better. I’m looking forward to working with Erin and her team to get the house back into shape and get mom back in her surroundings. I have experience in remodeling and running projects, so I know what this job entails and what questions to ask. I can’t speak for the bad reviews.
