"My wife and I, along with her Aunt had a very different experience than these other reviews. We purchased a property with two homes on it 2 years ago and my wife's Aunt decided to work with Coelum Construction to renovate them and it has turned out horribly. We had originally had vents for under the home in the list of things to be done only for them to never cut them out (despite code requiring them) and without ventilation our entire flooring had to be ripped out, all of the 1/4" underlayment buckled from the moisture throughout the home, and a huge area of the sub floor was coated in black mold and rotted out. It's disappointing to see so many positive reviews and realize we received such low quality work, this is on top of numerous issues at the time of the renovation with shoddy work throughout both homes. We would love to resolve this amicably and will be reaching out to see what is possible. To spend so much money and a year and a half later realize the extent of this damage is infuriating."
