"So far...SUPER Excited!!! We have reservations for February 2025. BUT, it was so nice that a human answered the phone (a real human) and they didn't rush me. I've called 15-20 places and get voicemail or no answer and no call backs or they just say they're all booked up. Theresa is fantastic!!!! She is very informative, answered all my questions and is very nice. I enjoyed our conversations. Can't wait for next February. Thank You Theresa, Tom"

"A nice older rv park with plenty of room. The office staff are Great to deal with, very pleasant. They have mini golf, shuffle board, swimming pool along with activities you can enjoy. Close to anything you may need. We will stay again for sure."

"We absolutely loved this park. We stayed for 2 months. We made some amazing friends, the staff is very friendly and you can really tell how the new management is going above and beyond to better the place. The activities were the best part, they always had something fun to do. We can't wait to go back!!!"

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We were suppose to stay 6 months but had to leave January 20th due to a family emergency they kept 2350.00 of our money because they has us pay for the 6 months up front and then told us they have a no refund policy. We went home for 3 weeks the November and they tried to charge us 176.00 for the electric and we wasn't even there. Water was off alot. When we left in January we paid the electric for that month and told them we had to leave and just yesterday the hit our credit card for a 31.81 electric bill when we weren't there at all in February. Called management at the rv park and Nobody knows what they are doing. So we called corporate and she was just as bad. They never mowed or anything while we were there for 4 months. That park is a joke. I would give it no stars but I had to give it 1 star to be able to post this review. We weren't the only ppl to leave there early."

"Very nice RV park. Clean. Well kept. Many of the seasonal residents come year after year. There is a sense of community here that makes one feel at home. The club house or 'wreck hall' I think they call it always has something going on. We joined in with a group to watch the NFL playoff games. It was fun. Lots of shouting and gentle ribbing at fans of the opposing team. The roads are wide, and it is easy to get into your site. We were only here for the day visiting friends, but if we were down here for the winter months I would seriously consider staying here."
