The next morning I called and placed my order an hour before I left town. When I arrived it was perfect and ready for my trip. "Been shopping in here quite often as a local, had been noticing the tripletail, snapper and grouper had a different texture when cooked than what I catch myself. I usually cook in a sauce or dust and sear but tonight I seared grouper in a cast iron pot and all this gross juice cooked out and burned and the fish shrank drastically. This is a result of over soaking in tripoly phosphates which makes the product gain weight for making more money. Beware, this method is not illegal but it MUST BE DECLARED WHEN SELLING"
"We went here to get some seafood to grill up for supper . They have the royal reds shrimp . Which are amazing if you're never had them . I'm going back to get some more before we go home . Plenty of other shrimp or seafood available as well if shrimp aren't your thing. Picked up a container of their tuna dip. Very good as well ."
