"My wife and I went here for date night while in town and have to say it was amazing! The atmosphere and mood inside was perfect. Just to set the record straight, Big Fish is the best of 2 worlds...sushi and fresh fish. Their fresh fish list is better than about anyone on the island but their sushi is top notch! We decided to go with 2 rolls as an appetizer, Spider Maki and Shrimp Volcano, both excellent. Then for entrees, my wife elected for a salad with the firecracker shrimp appetizer added. The shrimp were perfect. I chose the chef's special with Yellow Tail as the fresh catch. It was unbelievable! We highly recommend Big Fish and will tell our guest to try it!"
"This place is an EXPERIENCE- superb from start to finish, especially with our excellent waitress Niyah. The service was very well paced and she recommended the best and that was what we sought for. From the Beef Tataki as our starter, to the Chef's Specialty dishes of Red Snapper and Swordfish as our proteins they were on top a mound of perfectly cooked cabbage and mashed red potatoes. To the drinks, Martinis and dessert cocktails that paired amazingly well with their to DIE for Homemade Honey cake; which is the best cake we have put in our mouths. We live 8 hours away but we will be back next year for sure!"
"You'll likely speed past this place heading to the beach. At first glance of the storefront you might not consider stopping. This is a great restaurant and if you have gluten issues they have a menu just for you. Very satisfied with the service and the food was wonderful. We went early, about 6:30ish and were seated quickly. They got very busy just after 7. Highly recommended Big Fish. 8/29/2023 - Update Wow, 6 years later this restaurant has only gotten better. We enjoyed an amazing dinner with sea scallops (soy free) and golden tile fish. Everything was perfect...."
