"I hate that had to even give that star to leave this review. First off having to use a kiosk when two employees are clearly not doing anything is insane. But I did proceed to using the kiosk. I ordered a McDouble bundle deal. Asked for no salt on any of my food. Which means it should had all been cooked to order. It was absolutely not. The fries were re dropped and horrible . I asked for lite Mayo and no salt on my burger. I got no onions nor pickle as if the staff couldn’t comprehend the grill slipt. I didn’t get a receipt. I will absolutely never stop at this McDonalds in life. At this point looking at the prior reviews just shut the whole establishment down."
"Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Could not even finish our order, the lady got disrespectful in the drive through and said, "Oh my god, do you want anything else." Very hateful by the way. I had just ordered my two kids a happy meal and about to order myself something. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day, but being that hateful got my autism daughter upset so I couldn't even finish the order. I will absolutely never go back nor recommend this place to anyone."
"It's always a huge gamble coming to this place. This place really has no competition and the store manager doesn't care to keep the place staffed. Twice now this year, I've had to leave because there was nobody working. They put a paper on the door that said staffing shortage today. You can all gripe about them wanting more money but if $11 an hour doesn't keep someone here then it inconveniences the customers more by wasting our time."
"Overall good food, but below standard service. I went through the drive through and got a quarter pounder meal. It came out reasonably fast, they did seem a bit unorganized though."
"I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit this morning. After I opened the biscuit I quickly realized my bacon was not cooked at all. Maybe cooked for about 1-2 min but it is definitely raw. Will never go here again"
