"Stayed at clam haven RV park for about 6 months and loved every second of it. Justin the Owner and Bruno the maintenance man do a great job of taking care of the place. In the time I’ve stayed there the park looked better and better every month due to their hard work. There’s a small pond that backed up to my rv that was nice to look at. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and no one bothers each other. It only a few miles to crystal river’s downtown, restaurants, and fishing. When I’m in the area I’ll be back here. Oh ya don’t forget you have great seafood and Dans clam stand right there!"

"First off, I would like to give a shout out to Justin, the owner, and Bruno the maintenance guy. You guys are absolutely amazing! Both of you guys are class act, personality, wise, and live up to your words. This was one of the easiest processes ever in my life when it comes to Renting. me and my family sold our house in Lakeland and made the remove the Crystal River something we have been planning to do for many years now. We always backed out because we were not sure where we would be able to live. In the meantime, since we had a dog over 50lbs and it seems like nobody wants to rent to you when you even if your credit is good, and you can pay for the lease in full. Anyways, long story short, Clam Haven RV park help me and my family sell our house and take a vantage of the market and take the next biggest step of our lives getting us out to Crystal River Homosassa area where we have been wanting to live for years now. With that being said, the park is a very small park, and it is very quiet. Being there for one month I did not see cops in the park even one time or hear anybody yelling and screaming, and arguing at each other at all. I actually felt safe with my four year old in my six year old and my wife there when I was gone away at work. One time the power in my RV cut out and my wife was home alone with the kids and she didn’t know what to do and I called Bruno the maintenance man and he came over very shortly helped my wife out showed her exactly what to do in case it ever happened again. I will forever be grateful for this park for excepting my family and my dog, who is part of our family as well, and allowing us to finally sell our house, and start the next chapter of our lives! To some people that just might be a place to rent, but to us, and literally helped us change our lives. I have 100% nothing but good things to say about this place and I do highly recommend it for anybody on a budget or anybody just passing by. It is close to all the amenities that you could want Walmart Publix all the springs etc…. Thankyou again Justin and Bruno!"

"The restaurant will receive a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ however as a resident of the park it's deplorable. No star if I could but lot rent is cheap for people coming up out of the gutter"
