"Self checkout! Self checkout! Self checkout! Let’s start by stating how much I totally dislike self checkout! When items don’t scan or don’t scan properly the people standing in the front are completely useless. They cannot leave their station. They have no one to check on items remotely throughout the store! And ask you to go take a picture and bring it back up so they can fix the item. And no manager available to help assist the employees who are just standing there staring at you like you are in the wrong! This is why self checkout is not a convenience!"
"This store is much better than the homosassa store. But the pricing is my complaint with the way the company does business. The bogos are not BOGOs when they've jacked the price up to twice the price of all the other local grocery stores."
"They post signage advertising sale prices, and the registers don't ring up the sale price. The employees aren't very knowledgeable of their sales items resulting in several trips to the shelf only to have me the customer, to point out the sale items. No telling how many people get ripped off because of this negligence. I hope when and if Aldi takes this store over, they make the proper corrections otherwise I just won't shop here anymore. They deserve less than 1 star but that isn't an option"
"The first time at this location is easy to find. Thought the store was very low on shelving products. Most items I usually buy I thought were a little higher than normal. I'm not sure if it's because it's no longer a Winn Dixie and now owned by Aldis, or because of the yo.yo in office lack of policies. Frozen meals and junk foods were on sale! Typical! I was surprised to see a pharmacy and I didn't buy any produce. Lettuce was turning brown and overpriced. It's a bit disappointing. Maybe I caught it on a bad Saturday, late a.m. Customer service at the deli was good. Actually, I found some ham on sale."
"While I was in Crystal River, Florida, I remembered that I needed one lemon. Since I was in this plaza with the supermarket, I decided to stop in and check it out. I have not been at a Winn-Dixie in at least three decades. I originally went to purchase only one lemon. However, it was $.99 for each lemon. So I decided to purchase a bag that was sold for $3.99. I also picked up a couple of other items."
