"There is no more SAV A LOT! Everything is so high priced, it's cool to see name brand items in there but when their store brand costs MORE then I would pay at the other major retailers for BRAND name items, there's no saving anything. Still no bags unless you pay and now you have a have a quarter to get a cart...but cereal is 5.00 a box, milk was almost 5$ for a gallon and meat is the same low quality as it used to be for like 3 times more $$."

"This is the first time I’ve ever been to Save a Lot. I live in Northern Virginia and we do not have them there. Upon entering the store I noticed the selection was limited which wasn’t too bad for me considering I came for soda and a few snack items. Prices were reasonable and displayed accurately. The cashier Ella Mae was absolutely horrible. She was ridiculously unprofessional, snatched my money and didn’t bother to say hello. When the customer behind me asked where the candied yams were, she YELLED this exact response, “Uh what!? I don’t know lady, look in the cereal isle” and proceeded to exhale loudly. I asked her if she was able to bag my items (not knowing Save a Lot does not bag items) she responded by shouting at me, “We charge for bags so you’re on your own; Next!” I’m thankful I do not live in the area so that I wouldn’t be forced to come to this store. Customer service is priority and here it lacks. Such a shame."
