"Crooks!!! Used our Kroger rewards to get gas but the pump NEVER lessened the price on the pump!!! Ended up paying $3.39 a gallon instead of lesser rewards price. Spouse went inside to question issue and was told “I don’t know know anything, I’m just a Cashier”. And of course when we asked for a receipt because we couldn’t get a receipt at the pump, the Cashier couldn’t give us a receipt, how convenient!!! This is the 2nd Shell station in Spring Hill area that has screwed up Kroger Rewards. Contacting Kroger Corporate, Shell Corporate and Better Business Bureau!!! Stay away from this Shell Station!!!"
