"Review for Google: Buyer Beware: I have known Denvil and been familiar with his work for 3 1/2 years. Finding a good mechanic is difficult at best. Denvil is a good mechanic with diagnostic and repair skills. However, his integrity and character are some of the worst you will ever meet. It is highly recommended that IF you hire him as a mechanic, get a written estimate with an anticipated timeline, before any work, get a detailed receipt of all parts and labor, and ask for any parts taken out of your car and replaced. In other words, trust but VERIFY. They advertise: “If for any reason you're not satisfied with our services, we'll do everything we can to make it right.” However, they don’t offer “money back guarantee”. Just a non specific offer to “do what we can”. My experience is he will go the extra mile to make your repairs and has excellent skills. But don’t make the mistake of believing he is charming, honest or has anyone’s interest at heart but his own. Good Luck!"

"I’ve taken my daughter’s van to three different national or regional auto shops and they’ve never completely fixed the issue but did not hesitate to charge diagnostics fees and keep the van for several days. The problem kept happening and out of frustration I decided to look for another option. I saw a Facebook post about D and C and googled them. All positive reviews. I was a little nervous because it was not the typical place but at someone’s home. Well this is not just some guy doing it for a hobby. They know their stuff and have certifications and professional setup. Within minutes of filling out there web form I received a call. They were very friendly, informative, and even explained their certifications and philosophy. The van would not start so they offered to meet me within an hour to take an initial look. They were able to get it started. And took it to their shop. They worked on the van the same day and kept me informed of their progress by text. By the next morning they delivered the van back to me and reviewed in detail what they did and even did a full inspection to make sure there were no other issues. I’ve never had an auto repair experience like this. I hated spending the money but know it is now fixed right and that I supported a local business who seem to be very special people with a high level of automotive knowledge and dedicated to exceeding customers expectations. I’ve now found an automotive shop I’ll be taking all my cars."

They were on the phone getting parts as I pulled up. They had parts SAME DAY. Excellent communication. They’ve texted me pictures of parts. Before, during, and after installations. "I have been looking for a knowledgeable, honest Mechanic for a year in High Springs. Thank God we called D&C Auto Repair. My car is basically a Frankenstein. (Fiat, Chrysler, and Mazda.) Most mechanics would stay away. Not Denvil! He did not hesitate to take the steering wheel. Brake job with aftermarket parts, no problem. He even noticed a crack in my exhaust and welded it.
