"Bought a car back in December of 2021. Had it on payments for 1- 2 months before paying it off. When I went in to pay it off I was asked if I wanted the title paper or electronic, I chose electronic. Was also told it would take 48 hours. Well guess what, the lien is still on and it's August now of 2022. I called them today and they said call agin tomorrow to see if they will do it then when I heard the wife in the background. The one who was suppose to do it in the 1st place. I guess I have to get an attorney if they don't do this tomorrow when I call to remind them."

"Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever come across . They are the type of people who open a place in a small town and within two years have no business because they did everyone dirty. 95% of their vehicles are completely garbage and mechanical not safe. The only good reviews they have are from either workers,or they are the few whom have gotten the 5% of good vehicles available so basically they just got lucky . I hope that whenthe county steps in they get in big trouble because I may be out a couple thousand but 100% worth it to stop them completely."
