"Where do I even start? On Thursday, I decided I needed a Hurrican sterrato and I thought they were sold out. I made a random call and Nick the Manager picked up and was absolutely lovely on the phone. It just so happens that someone didn’t pick up their new Lamborghini and this one was meant to be. So he gave me a very, very fair trade value on my Porsche gt3rs, He didn’t even try and lowball me which I can respect and appreciate. We did the whole transaction via email and phone. Fast forward to yesterday is Friday. I’m driving my Porsche down to Trade it in.7 miles from the dealership, a large construction screw finds its way into my tire. It goes completely flat instantly. Before the tow truck could even show up, And the service manager came to my rescue and attempted to plug the tire. We couldn’t get this bolt out, so we flatbeded it in. During this time we got to hang out in their car while we waited for the tow truck. The level of customer service is incredible. They went above and beyond when I would expect anyone to do. I figured I would have to pay for this and they didn’t even charge me absolute gentlemen. A really funny first impression being towed into the dealership with a fantastic car, but sometimes that’s just how it goes. Jordan showed me the ins and outs of the Lamborghini Huracan. Overall, the dealership is very easy to talk to and approach. They are not snobby in anyway. It’s not a question if I get my next Lamborghini, it’s just when with so many exciting new products coming I know I will grow a collection.
