"Personally I would give them a 2.5! I bought my first car from them and it was amazing no problems the car was perfect just like it said on papers. Thank you Randy 5/5 amazing guy! Now for my second vehicle was not so amazing… Before I bought it I asked if there were any problems and Francisco said NO there isn’t. Not even a month into owning the truck there were problems and there big problems. Took it to a dealership and they told me that this truck had massive problems. It’s been like that for awhile they told me. Upon calling them back no one was willing to help with the truck. They gave it warranty but it only covers engine failure or transmission failure. NOTHING ELSE! Please be very careful when it comes to buying a vehicle from here. Make sure you check everything. Even the seals if you can."

"I bought a car from this dealership 5 weeks ago. In the last 5 weeks, the car has been in the shop 5 times. I have had to have it towed to the shop each time because it was inoperable. I have already paid $1200 out of pocket for repairs plus what was paid by the joke of an extended warranty that they sell you for $4,000. The car is back in the shop now and I'll be paying to pick it up again I'm sure because the warranty company finds any excuse to not cover repairs. I called and spoke with Randy, the Manager, and he told me he would speak to Charles, the owner and call me back. He never called me back. So I called back and he told me there was nothing they could do. I told him that they sold me a lemon and that the car was costing me a fortune to fix and he said his hands were tied. Do not buy from these people. You will regret it."
