"I just purchased a brand new 2024 Kia K5 GT and the salesman, Cesar and sales manager, Cody were amazing. I dislike buying cars and generally put my guard up the second I walk into a car dealership but within a few minutes of speaking with Cesar and Cody I realized that they were genuinely trying to help me get the best deal possible. I traded in my 2022 Hyundai Sonata N line, and left with the last Kia K5 GT they had….which they had to pull off the show room floor. I’ve had some questions since I purchased the car and Cesar has been exceptional at getting back to me in a timely manner to answer all of my questions. In comparison, when I bought my Hyundai two years ago, I never heard from the salesman after the day I took delivery and he never returned my phone calls or texts. Airport Kia is a little further away since I do live in Fort Myers, but I truly believe the customer service is worth the drive. If you’re looking for a new or used car I recommend you check out Airport Kia first and request to speak with Cesar. You won’t be disappointed. UPDATE: I forgot to add this a few weeks after my initial car purchase, and feel it is important enough to edit this post. A few weeks after I purchased my car, I received a handwritten letter in the mail from Cesar congratulating me on my purchase and ensuring me that if I needed anything in the future or had any additional questions, he was there to help in anyway he could. Not only has Cesar kept his promise, but Hunter, Jesus & the entire service team at Airport Kia have gone above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible when bringing my car in for service. Over the last six years I’ve purchased four cars. Out of those four dealerships, Airport Kia was the only dealership I’ve ever received a hand written letter from. Due to this, when and if I am ready to look at another vehicle, Airport Kia will have the first opportunity at selling me another vehicle. Nowadays it’s obvious most dealerships view potential customers as just another number adding to the dealerships total sales count for that month, but it’s evident Airport Kia truly appreciates their customers. They understand you can purchase a car anywhere but you can’t purchase the experience and customer service they provide anywhere else. At the end of the day, any dealership can sell a vehicle, if you truly want to change your mindset about buying a car, give your first opportunity to the dealership that deserves it most and purchase it at Airport Kia."
