I rent around 4 times a year and this has never happened before. Enterprise is now my go to rental company."

"Not a great experience. Very hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone. Gave me a car with a leaky tire that went flat after 2 days. Then gave me a Cadillac which was not nice. They were supposed to call me when the leaky tire was fixed and never did. They then rented the car to someone else. Swapped it for a mustang but they still charged me the premium for the “luxury” vehicle. Working on getting a refund for being over charged. Attached is a picture of the mustang when I got in it. Can’t bother to close the glove box, sun visor, and make the seats be in a normal position?"

"I had scheduled a pickup for this location because the location I wanted didn’t have anything available, and I got here a half an hour early. I was the second person in line and there was a lady waiting to get her minivan because the one they’d brought out wasn’t suitable. There were two people working in the front and at least two other in the back. When I got my turn, they said that they didn’t have anything available except a minivan and I had specifically asked for a sedan. The agent was on a personal phone call, and he said he would try to find a car for me instead. I sat in the lobby and waited, with my ride in case I had to go to another location. We waited for over an hour and I finally had to go to the front and loudly ask for someone to speak to. I didn’t know if they were looking for a car or what was happening. The man who waited on me had disappeared and my ride was waiting to leave and I was wanting to get on my way too. Finally, another agent said that they were getting a car and it would be there shortly. I’d been waiting for an hour after I had been through the line. The car arrived, and I was given a cursory inspection, it had 3/8 tank of gas and I was told NOTHING About the features or operation and what I was supposed to do with respect to gas in it when I returned it. The carpet was coming out from under the doorframe inside both the driver’s side and passenger side front seats, and the issues that I pointed out on the paint were dismissed as “bird residue “. I received an email from “Mike” a few days later asking for my review and I sent him this story. I never heard anything back from him or anyone else. I spent over 1.75 hours trying to pick up a car from this location, which wasn’t my preferred location and was 16 miles from where I was located. Not even a response for the poor customer service. I’m only giving them the 3 stars because the car was nice."

"Very nice service! There was a delay with the rental cars arriving to the location when I first went to pick it up, but the staff (thanks Jessica, Wyclef, and all the rest!) were super accommodating and understanding and pointed me towards a great local cafe to wait until the car arrived. Had a blast renting an Audi to my trip to the Florida Keys, no issues during drop off, and will be using this Enterprise next time I’m in Naples."
