Everyone from BightStar has been so pleasant and helpful. Being a retired heathcare person makes me very particular, Ì might add."

"There is no way I would use this firm, the owners of this franchise are rude and do not return their phone calls even in an emergency. They lack professionalism, training in an industry where it is extremely important for your loved ones. This Franchise should not exist. Do not entrust this company to care for your loved ones. Their employees are not trained, are right off the street without certification and very poor English skills. They the owners do not even care, had an extreme incidence that should have never happened. Even after several weeks of trying to resolve, this company clearly needs to check their moral compass. They renege on their commitments!"
