"Vehicle delivery was not a premier experience. Car was delivered in "limp" mode. Was corrected while I waited. Car was not charged completely. Was put on charger only to discover charger was not functioning. Mobile app for vehicle was not set up and promised support from manufacturer never came. Set it up myself. Blemish on console trim. Not resolved. Customer should not be delivery process inspector."

"Awful experience. I submitted an out of state order given their no fuss cancellation policy, and then cancelled it within 12 hours once I found something better locally. Ten days later, I am still waiting on my refund. I have received excuses from Emilio - they cancelled the order but it magically re-appeared in their system, they have cancelled it again but still no refund of my $1000 deposit. The shady business practices of the FL location is at risk of costing Polestar in its entirety my business."
