"This location is better than the Del Prado location, but not by much. The drinks and customer service are okay. It's usually pretty busy here so I'm patient because I understand what it's like working retail in my past. The drive-thru is usually fast. I drove out of my way to the Pine Island/41 location. 5-stars there."
"We try to avoid this Starbucks location whenever possible. The wait times are long, the workers ignore you, and the drinks are never made right. For example, I ordered a shaken espresso and it's basically just oatmilk. When I go in to ask them to remake a drink, they avoid making eye contact with me, and I usually have to speak several times to get anyone's attention."
"Slow service. The remodel made the inside worse. Took out the comfy seating areas and put in a weird hard bench with little table’s."
