"Dr. Marchi is one of, if not, THE best periodontists in Pensacola. The facility is very clean. Dr. Marchi and Staff are very friendly, kind, and professional. Receptionist and Office Manager Debra is kind, has the enthusiasm of an Evangelist, and is very thorough in explaining payment processes so you know exactly what your co-payments, if any, will be. Dr. Marchi personally explains any needed treatment options. Hygienist Heather is also friendly and professional. I'm usually leery and nervous of going to the Dentist but overall, it was a great experience."
"Dr. William Marchi is the BEST periodontist! He took the time to do a very thorough exam and explained exactly what he looks for and gave me a very meaningful report. My orthodontist recommended a tooth be pulled and I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Marchi again took his time and ensured that I was taken care of and the procedure was absolutely pain-free as described. They have a sign in the office that says that "They cater to cowards" which describes me perfectly. Their sign was 100% accurate. The whole team beginning with Deborah in the front office ensured that I was scheduled as soon as possible and given all the care instructions needed. It was a very positive experience. Thank you!"
