"UPDATE: They responded with a LIE - and I yet to receive ANY money back. Or a call from the owner. NOTHING. This is a nightmare. I just called again to be redirected to the regional office. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend. Judy steals money. I wish the owner would reach out- but good luck with that."

"Was denied Kids eat free during summer promo. She said I need to be a loyalty member??? Cape Coral never asked for phone number etc to sign up. Ok so I'm willing to sign up ...she tells me account wouldn't be active for 24 hours. I left with my grandson. Lady at counter was rude. I was her 1 52 pm this Saturday."

"I thought I ordered a wrap. Not slop. I didn’t know I had to pay for something to then take it home and prepare it myself to only throw it away because of how soggy and nasty it was. I used to love the ranchero wrap. It was one of my favorite things. But this time I was highly disappointed"

"I used to really enjoy this place, decent soup and sandwich, nothing spectacular but good for what it was. Today however it cost me $27 for a cup of soup, half sandwich and baked potato to take to my grandfather. That price is simply outrageous for such a small lunch, I likely will not be returning."

"My husband and I went to Jason‘s Deli for the first time a few days ago. It was a wonderful dining experience! I had the excellent Mediterranean bowl and everything was so fresh. My husband had the veggie pasta which was also delicious and fresh. It was served to us only a few minutes after we placed our order. We interacted with several members of the staff, and they were all so helpful and cordial. We saw an excellent salad bar and look forward to dining there again and bringing home a beautiful salad. This was a great dining experience!"
