Not only was the food delicious and plentiful, but working with the owner, Jose, was an absolute pleasure. The quality of the products used was top-of-the-line. HUGE shrimp! Mussels, clams, white fish....all fresh! Fresh artichokes, fresh red peppers, large pieces of chorizo sausage (not little crumbles like most companies). There was plenty of chicken in the Valencia Paella. Jose arrived on time, set-up his cooking station and tent and talked to all of the guests as they were arriving.
