"Thomas did an excellent job at setting up my new phone , syncing all of the data, photos, contacts, etc. He even corrected a problem that I had with a conflicting email address.!! It was seamless and quick! Well done!"

"Can't post a review with zero stars. 3 strikes and this store is officially out. So i received my statement from at&t yesterday, and upon reviewing it, my bill jumped a little over $38.00. When I was in on June 4 the representative name Julio Tores (unsure of name spelling) went into my account and added some home protect service without my consent. Thankfully the billing department refunded the money and deleted this. Who knows who else has had this happen to, needless to say this business needs to be put on blast about their business practices or lack there of. And as of the dm contacting me, they tried once left me a message they would call back. Guess what haven't heard from them either. Made an attempt for the store to redeem themselves after the last issue. We'll needless to say I will NEVER go into this store again. Went in to see about upgrading my phone and the representative looks into my account and say we can't do an upgrade because there was a past due issue in the notes. I asked how if the account is on auto pay. He was like that's all the notes say I cant do anything about it you will have to come back at the end of the billing cycle. The lack of service at this store is reprehensible. And after receiving an email that the district manager would contact me, guess what. I still havent heard from them."

"I went in this morning to do an upgrade. I was welcomed by Nathan. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at an AT&T store. He was very knowledgeable and had great energy. If you need to go to a store go to Gulf coast and see Nathan."

"Alexander has by far exceeded my expectations. I always dread walking into any cellular store because I always leave spending more than anticipated. Well let me tell you. This young gentleman was amazing from the moment we walked into the store with that contagious smile and his personality. He definitely is very knowledgeable and knows his job. There is so much more I want to say but that would be like writing a book. Very good customer service, kind and patient. Thanks Alexander I truly appreciate you.
