"I'm very disappointed in my experience today. I go to Winn-Dixie for their bogo deals. Best prices in town. This week they had bone-in pork shoulder steaks and country style ribs. We eat a lot of pork, so I always go when they have pork sales. To my disappointment most of their pork meat was super gray and some even paler than chicken. I spoke to the manager and all I got was I'll look into it."

"The reason I like Winn Dixie, is because they have a sale paper that comes with listings of all their sales & special weekend sales. Their weekend sales are usually REALLY GOOD!"

"I don't understand their method of where to find stuff. I had difficulty finding pot pies that were on sale and could not find an employee to help me. I also did not like that all paper products where not in one area. Not a fan yet. We did save $100 according to receipt. So that's a plus."

"Worst. Experience. Ever. Janice was our girl at the register. My oh my. I thought it was taking awhile, 2 people ahead of us. Waited about 20 minutes. When we finally got there, I told her we didn't have our card with us, and did we just need to put in our phone number? (Been a couple years since we've been there) she said don't worry about it we would get all of the special prices. I said what about the points, she said oh you won't get the points but you'll get the special pricing...?. I said you can't key our phone number in? She was not responding. The lady behind me said, yes, when you pay just key in your phone number. Then we had an item that was limit 1. I said ok don't worry about it, then she said well your husband can buy it after. I said ok, so I held the item back. When the transaction was done, I asked her about putting in our phone number, and the machine just asked for the credit card. She tried and tried but couldn't get it to work, finally I said forget it. Then we tried to scan the limit one item, and she said well you have to spend $25 first. I said we just spent $307, I could've held an item back. I said ok, I'll get a couple cases of beer. So we did and she scanned the item and the beer and then she said no, it didn't work. There were people waiting, I said forget the item, just sell me the beer. But! Let me put in my phone number! I started typing it and got 3 numbers in and it cut off and asked for my credit card number. I told her and she acted like she didn't know what to do. At this point, I said just forget it. Got home and she had charged me twice for a pork loin, $35x2!!. I looked up my credit card, and she also charged me for the" limit 1" item and 2 cases of beer! ($132.57!!!) I called the store, we are 45 minutes away, and they said they needed me to bring in the receipt, i couldn't scan to them, had to drive back. I doubt I ever go back, so who cares that this lady probably latched on to MY points. Ridiculous. I would like to thank the lady behind me, however, who was very very patient and tried to help me!"

Very informative and wonderful stock crew, great bogo deals, outstanding deli food and service, fresh seafood, best brands including SEG. I’ve seen it all and can’t argue with how R.E.A.L it’s been."
