"The owner of this shop is EXTREMELY unpleasant. I brought him several small frames to put in custom mats, and after working on them for over a month, he told me they were finished. When I went to pick them up, not only had he not cut the mats, he told me he didn’t want to do the job, it was too “difficult” and to never come back with a job like that again because he wouldn’t do it. Unbelievable. Why does he own a frame shop? I would highly recommend going elsewhere."
