She was in contact with me through out the entire process and even gave my daughter a gift card for her birthday. And a welcome card for us too. The apt was clean and the complex is very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place."

"I lived in these apartments for 4 years, only leaving to purchase a home. It’s hard to find non-student apartments in town and I’m lucky to have found this place. I have seen the building through seasons and have seen the work Angela, Rob, and all involved have put in to make it a nicer and safer place to live. They are responsive and helpful when it comes to daily maintenance requests, worked with me through a few different issues, and are constantly doing projects to improve the building and property (most recently a fence and locked gate). They do a great job, take care of tenants (as long as you’re responsible), and do so in a kind and professional manner."

"I've been living in these apartments going on 2 years with my family. Ms.Angela is such a wonderful person. You won't find a more professional, down-to-earth, and understanding landlady anywhere. Her husband, Rob runs the maintenance and together, they have single-handedly made this place one of the best places I've had the privilege of staying with my family in. They are in touch with all their tenants any time there is need and with ample timing. Any problems we've ever had have been met with quickly and respectfully. ocation couldn't be anymore perfect with Neahwa Park on one side and Main St. Oneonta only a stone's throw from any door. The fact that they are turning it into a gated community this summer is also very exciting."
