"Someone claiming to be a county legislator just screamed in my face and harassed me because he saw a paper bag in the street and says i threw it out the window of my car. Not only was it not me but I tried to be polite and explain it wasn’t me and that I would pick it up if it would calm him down and get him to stop screaming but he continued to scream in my face. Is this an appropriate response to finding liter in the street? He seemed irrational, unprofessional and frankly unstable. I pray for anyone who ever has to deal with him."
