"Named after a wonderful local man that lives in the area, he has for many years been involved in the class decorating of this park. It's not very big, not a place for dog walking. Maybe just a brief stop and sit spot or maybe way lunch. On a nice day Tony might stop and say hello. A lovely use of space !!"
