"My wife and I used your business back in the spring of 2017. We met with Glenn and Barbara Esposito at your office and they made arraignments to see some houses the following weekend. We were a little skeptical at first as to why we were meeting with two realtors at the same time but it would be obvious shortly. Over a period of two weeks my wife and I viewed a total of six homes with Glenn and Barbara. They were late to every showing and would often have trouble locating the houses they scheduled to show us. I mean the houses are numbered, how hard can it be? We arrived at one of the houses and I began to walk towards the door. Glenn told me that that was was the wrong house since it did not match the picture on the listing. After walking in a circle for ten minutes, we returned to the house we started at. Glenn and Barbara told us it was time to make a decison and we have viewed all the houses there were in price range after only seeing six houses. We told them we haven't found our dream house yet and they angrily got in their car and left. We had an appointment with then on the following weekend. My wife and I arrived at the listing and they never showed up. No phone call, just blew us off. Now I seen why there were two realtors, because neither of them was qualified to do their job. They were both rude and unprofessional. And I'm pretty sure Barbara was wearing the same clothes every time we saw her. I would not recommend your establishment to anyone. I took advice from a friend and went with Tom Crimmins Reality and we found a house the following month. Moved in later in the year and this December we celebrate our second year in that house. If anyone took the time to read my entire rant, I urge you to please look elsewhere when searching for a home. I you have time to waste or just want to be treated rudely, go with Centruy 21 on Hylan Blvd!"
