"BEWARE OF ROACHES!!! been here a couple of times and it’s been ok. nothing crazy but what made me write this review is this time i booked one of the smoking rooms since they were the only ones available and the person in the office said the smell wasn’t bad. WRONG it smelled absolutely horrendous (the smell of cigarettes is still in my hair after a shower) and the cherry ontop is there was a ROACH in the bed that crawled on me. i went to complain to the office and he did not even offer a refund and basically wanted me to bring the roach to him for him to believe me which is ridiculous."

"I went to the hotel to hit skins and ended up leaving going somewhere else I would suggest going to I real hotel .....once I brought your wife to the Marriott she really showed how much she appreciated it it was strange I couldn't understand whT she was saying I told her don't talk with things in her mouth .....lmfao"

"Location is great but the rooms smelt weird and looked clean but with a simple napkin & will show you how dirty this place really is …. I wouldn’t even use the pillows here or the covers but if you ever wanted to ever meet a crack head in really life rent a room here you will definitely run into crack heads !!!!"

"Hylan Inn is not up to Department of Health and Safety standards. I have been trying very hard not to call The Disability Act on them. It is not up to code. There are no sidewalk dips for a wheelchair or a rollator. The bathrooms are extremely small, you can barely get in the bathroom door. I even saw the cleaning girls turn sideways to go in to clean. They have no wall brackets , and you cannot put a bathbench in the tub for an extended stay and you wash up in the bedroom."
