"I have lived in Brooklyn for the last twenty years. I have moved seven times over the course of that twenty years. I have worked with several different realty companies. On a few occasions, I have also had to move due to circumstances beyond my control. Last July I was looking for an apartment due to Covid because I was working from home full time. I was in a very tiny studio apartment. Being home 24-7 in a tiny space was taking it's toll, and I needed to move as quickly as possible. I never felt that way with the agents I worked with prior to Josh and Eli. I always got the rushed, "they just want their fee" feeling, which is quite common in NYC. Even after I settled in to my new place, I would occasionally reach out to ask questions. Our business had concluded, but Josh was always willing to talk with me and answer questions. Smart NY Realty and agents like Josh and Eli are very rare. I would recommend working with them and sticking with them as I did, because in the end they found the best apartment I have ever had in the last twenty years.
