Similar to what's mentioned in other reviews, I bet he could easily find other “more qualified” applicants with higher salaries, better portfolios, and better offers, given the current competition for apartments. However, Joe worked closely with me to navigate the application process, helped me get approval, and coordinated the move-in process with both the management and the current tenant. He even negotiated a more affordable rent and was very prompt in answering any questions I had.
