"This Man is a THEIF!!! Very unprofessional. A crook !! I was looking a one bedroom apt and I couldn’t find any , I was introduced to this man Alvin Madison through an acquaintance. He only had rooms renting at the time so with the end of the month approaching I needed a place. I rented a room from him it was still going through construction all over the house was actually I wasn’t comfortable but I needed somewhere anyway within 3 days!!! Of moving I heard about my ideal 1 bedroom apt through a realtor, I told Alvin Madison I was moving and that I needed my deposit I practically gave away a months rent. He said he would let me get it before I moved . On the 5th day when I was moving he still didn’t show up. Anyway I moved and contacted him after and he said I should give him some time and that he is gonna try and get the place rented, can you believe it ?? He had spent my deposit anyway I said ok. I called I left messages we argued he did not want to return my deposit!! 6 Months pass so I then went to small claims court and they set a date for both of us to come and argue our case they sent him two letters notifying him of the date and time of court one of the letters went to his place of business and I also sent him a copy via WhatsApp, he didn’t show up so they awarded me the month and the deposit.. I wanted only my deposit . I texted him the judgment with the amount that was ordered and up till now he hasn’t reached out to me. Who does that???? A crook Every one that works at this realty company is a crook !!! I gave him time I sympathize with him I argued with him I have all the text to show but he is a no good crook."

"Alvin Madison is the douchebag that I was working with he is very unprofessional disorganized..he claimed I got the apt I went to see when in fact the apt went to someone else..he refused to return my phone calls and paperwork...when he did answer the phone after calling a million times he proceeded to yell and talk nasty when he should've answered my calls and return my paperwork in the first place ..the audacity of his behavior is disgusting..he asks inappropriate questions"
