"Horrible experience they took 80 dollars to run my husbands and I credit …To then 6 months later call me like “here you want the apartment you ready to apply ? ” like mam I don’t know for which one. Like be for real 6 months later I doubt the apartment will be available still. I told my husband while I was on the phone “look 6 months is when they call me back “ she like so and do you want to apply or not .. like I assumed I applied for 3 when I paid for the credit run. I was still on the phone she was very rude hung up on me. They didn’t help with anything but wasting my time and taking my money useless"

"Stay away. They want your social security number and bank account information BEFORE even seeing an apartment. THE CORRECT THING TO DO IS TO PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION after SEEING THE APARTMENT AND APPLYING."

"My experience with this reatly has been my worst so far. Not only do i have to do their job for them ( look up their apts available on their website) but then i have to send them the link. Even while doing so they barely respond back. Now dont get me wrong, first impression they was communicating but that fell off badly. They went on vacation for a whole month with no update and by the time they came back the apartment that i need was no longer available . Wouldn't recommend! Wouldnt allow me to reply but i dont have a an eviction history. I have never been evicted in my life i still currently live in my 1st apt. Also not accepting my source of income is against the law and i would hate to have to report you and the people that you work with."
