"BEWARE of DB Land Investments, and Daniel Borrero Jr. !!! if you see these names or the parent business run!!!! he manages Florida properties from NY and does not care about tenants. My Orlando apartment flooded, appliances broke, I and upon moving out it he reassured me I wouldn’t be charged. Instead he kept half my security deposit, for normal wear and tear like carpet (I don’t even have pets) He is a slumlord from out of state and does not care about his properties or the people renting them. I was at Lakewood Park Condos in Altamonte Springs, not sure where else he rents out. Buyer beware"
