"My first time there, I tried to help my friend out and took her there because it was the closes to her apartment, the washers and dryers that are out of order do not show that they are not working, the detergents and fabric softeners I bought, 3 were empty and gave me nothing,we tried doing 2 loads, put gave up after losing lots of money and completed only one, place was clean, but bathroom was closed, I saw several people use the shower stall as a urinal Follow up: They refunded the money and said they would do better in identifying out of order machines"
