"I'll give Michelle 2 stars because she knew her stuff when it came to searching for a home and was very helpful and friendly on the front end. HOWEVER, as soon as I signed my offer letter on my house, it took forever to get a response out of her, she was not motivated to make anything happen, and flat out lied to me on a few issues. Her behavior after the offer was accepted on the house was basically "well, I already got my commission, on to the next one." Whenever she did answer, she refused to ask the seller about early occupancy, "forgot" to follow up on any requested repairs after the inspection and final walkthrough, and just in general seemed like she wasn't on my side at all. She also did not disclose until the day before closing that she was good friends with the seller. Extremely shady, if you are looking for a real estate agent that you can trust to be on your side, please go elsewhere."
