"I left 59lbs of clothes to wash, I received almost 15lbs of the clothes stained, This thing happend three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response from the laundry manager, who still be whitout give me his face. Today I decide to go again, and the person at the front desk tells me that my damage clothes will going to be pay at 0.89 cents per pound. I hope someone calls me and gives me an explanation, because if so I want to tell them at their face what to do with that money. Irresponsible, disrespectful."

"I've used their pickup/drop-off service for quite a while now. As a busy mom of three I have no problem paying a little extra...because it gets brought back FOLDED. Folded, people! The owner is always nice and accommodating, and turn around is usually quick. Prices are good, although I don't have anything to compare it with, but for two weeks of clothes for four people, one of which is a 7 year old fashionista, its pretty easy on my budget. I've been to the storefront once and was amazed at how clean it was. No regrets and I will miss this place greatly when we move."

"The morning people that work there are not professional at all and they always have an attitude with the customer also they could see people dropping of clothes sow that they could be wash and the employees don't even attend them all the most of the time there's more than 10 machines that don't work when you go to use a machine and you put that you want to use hot water the machine charges you extra for hot water witch is fine but when you go to check if there hot water coming out there's no hot water coming out"
