"Coming home to your whole home flooded is a scary, overwhelming experience. I didn’t know what to do first. But it wasn’t long before CPR took over and took care of everything from A TO Z., leaving no stone unturned. I am so grateful and blessed that Gordon and his crew was assigned to my home. They came in reassured me they would take care of everything and not to stress let them make this part of the process non stressful. I didn’t believe this could be possible but I was totally wrong. They. Came in to a nightmare and quickly got to work and I immediately felt at ease. They are so professional, so courteous, caring and sympathetic. They took the utmost care of my home like it was their own. You never realize how much stuff you have until you have to pack it all up and I was up to my eyeballs in belongings so Gordon had a crew of girls come in to help with the packing process so whatever wasn’t destroyed in the flood was packed away and kept safe. They went above and beyond for us. The guys and girls were amazing I can’t say enough good things about them! They were all so honest as soon as they found anything they perceived to be valuable that I didn’t even realize was there they brought it right to me. They even found $100 in one of my sons draws and quickly gave it to me. They found a few singles and change in my other sons draw and quickly handed it to me. They could’ve easily taken it without anyone knowing, but that just goes to show how caring and honest this company is! They displayed professionalism throughout the whole process, and I was able to be much less overwhelmed than I would have if I didn’t have their help! They were so neat and efficient and took such good care of my home continuously cleaning up after the debris and kept constant communication letting me know what they were doing how they were doing it, and how long it would take. They had a lot of work in my home and they did it so quickly anytime I would stop in without them, knowing they were always working. They Left my home, spotless when they were finished. If you were ever in need of a service like this, you need to hire CPR believe me from experience, you will not regret it!
