"The place is big, spacious, clean, and never crowded when I go. Compared to where I usually go to wash clothes, the machines here are a little pricey. One perk here is they do have is if you come in on certain days, you get free laundry detergent. They also give you an extra dollar if you put a certain amount on your laundry card. Update: You have to pay for parking. Otherwise, you get towed!! This laundromat has gotten to be popular until it is difficult for the attendants to keep it clean and wiped down. All the TVs stay on Spanish speaking stations. OVERALL: The laundromat is one of the ok ones I have been to in Perth Amboy."

"This place is horrible! I spoke to the attendants in spanish and on of them looked at me like i spoke chinese. Their laundromat card system is so stupid, the minimum you can add via a debit/credit card is $10. I only needed to add $1 more to dry my clothes and when i asked if I added the $10 via debit card, could they return the money on the card left over and they said no. Only came here because they’re ALLEGEDLY open until 1am but at 10pm they lock the doors… the floor was full of used dryer sheets and some of the machines had wet towels just sitting underneath them. Dingy and dirty, definitely won’t be back. I’ll wait til next day to wash at a better place. Extremely disappointed because there were good reviews here and i have NO CLUE HOW OR WHY"

"I was there Wednesday night 10 pm and Thursday when I was unloading my car I realized I left behind my floor towels. I went back and was told they just put them in a basket for anyone to take. They don’t even have a lost and found. At least keep it for a week and see if anyone comes back. What if it was my wallet or purse with no information in it. And I cannot find a phone number to corporate."

"If you can avoid this place. PLEASE DO SO. Their customer service is unsatisfactory. They don't hold up to their expected standards. And they give false commitments to paying customers. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I dropped my clothes off for the drop off service on Friday March 26th around 8pm. They asked me if I wanted expedite my order, I agreed. They asked for my number so when they finished it they would call me to pick it up. I paid them the same day because when it's time to pick up my order it can be quick and easy. Two days went by and no call. On Monday March 29th. I went to the laundry mat 15 mins before they closed at 11:45pm and they refused to give me my order. They confirmed that my order was already clean and folded. They gave me the excuse of the register being closed but I paid for it on Friday. So, it appears that they just didn't want to go in the closet to get it. I pleaded with them and to no prevail. They just gave me a nasty attitude and as person that has experience in customer service this is unsatisfactory. The following day I came and they looked up my number and they gave it to me in less than 3 minutes. Therefore, it is no reason why they could not give me my order."
