"I have been a customer at West 16th Laundromat for the past month, but my experience today was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. One of the staff members, an older gentleman, approached me and accused me of violating their policy by using the dryer without using the washer. I assured him that I had followed the rules, but he persisted and pointed to the security camera, suggesting that it would confirm his accusation. I encouraged him to review the footage, confident it would prove my compliance. I couldn't help but notice that I was the only person of color present at the time, which made the incident feel even more isolating and uncomfortable. When I attempted to return the laundry card, he dismissively waved his hands to shush me away. I placed the card on the table in front of him, and as I was leaving, he tried to return it to me. I refused, as his behavior had already made it clear that my patronage was not valued. There are numerous laundromats in this area, and I would recommend exploring other options or investing in a portable washer and dryer. I cannot support a business that treats its customers with such disregard and disrespect."

"Some Asian lady literally took my clothes off the dryer because apparently I couldn’t dry without wash. I didn’t know that. She could’ve handled the situation nicer but instead yelled at me and literally took my clothes off the dryer. Unbelievable rude."

"Nice family who owns and operates. My laundry is always ready when I've asked for it. Only problem is that I have gotten other people's clothes in my bag, so they should be a bit more careful with that and once I had asked that they get out an ice cream stain, but they didn't, which tells me that they do the bare minimum. For a neighborhood place, I like it and am happy to support them. I also like the way they fold and separate my clothes."

"the owners here are amazing! it was my first time at a laundromat with the laundry card system so i was confused, but they helped me and were so nice the whole time. this also is by far the cleanest and biggest laundromat i’ve been to. i stayed close to closing time and i watched them clean every machine one by one as well as mop the floors."
