"Few months ago I brought to «Professional Magic” my expensive skirt with white and blue stripes. After “their dry cleaning” the blue spots appeared on the white stripes. First week they tried to fix the issue but it was unseccsessful. Finally after 3 weeks they told me it was like that before the cleaning. I didn’t take back my spoiled skirt. They use for the dry cleaning some cheap chemicals and don’t offer any compensation for spoiled by them clothes !!!"
"I am very unhappy with the hotel, it doesn’t matter whether the client is happy or not, the main thing is to get the money! (the prices are high! I won’t go back to them again!!! When a woman was picking up her things in front of me, she was swearing, she wasn’t happy either! She was doing dry cleaning! It turns out that the repair that they have 0 dry cleaning!!!!"
