"This place is clean and has working washers and dryers. The times I have been there it hasn’t been crowded, they have fans running as well as air conditioning which is great especially during the summer heat. Sometimes the dryers can be busy, either people leave their clothes in there and forget about it or the staff is using it for their services which is why I only gave 4 stars and not 5."
"they prohibit sneakers inside the machines but it is not enforced, when it should be i have seen people put a boatload of sneakers in one machine nasty"

"The customer service at this location needs a lot of attention! The woman who was there working today, 12/13 is a complete block head. She needs training so she can give others the correct information. She needs to understand the system that allows people to register their laundry card so they can receive notifications on their phone. She doesn’t know any of that stuff, sad . She also needs to learn boundaries and how to be impartial and not someone else’s lawyer, because that ain’t her job description!"
"Best place to get your clothes the cleanest as they have the best brand new machines. I wear white shirts to work every day and only their machines get them looking sparkly. In addition, they are opened 24 hours a day for our convenience even though the worker getting paid exceeds their profits during these slow times. It is much appreciated, thank you! (BTW your quick appreciation of the five stars I posted without a review caused this elaboration thanks again)"
